7 Kettlebell Swings (53, 35)
8 KB Sumo High Pull (53, 35)
9 Jumping Lunges (9 each side)
10 Burpees
11 Cals Bike
12 oz Beer Or 12 cal Row
WOD will be performed like the song – After completing the first movement go back to 1 and begin again adding a new movement each round. There are 12 total rounds with one new movement being added each round. I.E. do:
Round 1
1 HSPU,
Round 2
2 Turkish Get Up
1 HSPU
Round 3
3 Strict Pull Up
2 Turkish Get Up
1 HSPU
Etc..
