Paleo Challenge Baseline RETEST. 
Today marks 30 days; 30 days you survived living in a state that was soooo impossible, or at least so you thought.  That is what I hope for all of you that took this challenge seriously. I hope you can now see how big of an impact what you put into your body makes on EVERYTHING not just the number on the scale.  Take note of the fact you’re sleeping better, feeling better, happier, performance increases at the box, like I said… everything.
Now you don’t have a board to report to, points to tally or really anyone to answer to other than yourself.  You changed your body this much in 30 days think about what 6 months, a year etc would do??
The CrossFit Games Open is only weeks away! Get signed up and stay on track!!  Proud of all of you that committed yourselves this past month. I have loved watching many of you make huge gains, I’ve loved seeing all the activity posting your results to the website, all the extra SUPER IMPORTANT mobility after class, the list goes on.   KEEP IT GOING!!!
