75 kettlebell swings (53, 35) – 1 teammate works at a time

CFM – Afghanistan: if tire unavailable sub in clean and jerks for each rotation on the tire. If jump rope unavailable sub in 50 tuck jumps, knees high into the midsection. kettlebell swings can be done with dumbbell.
