Reminder this Saturday we have our end of the 2018 Open Throwdown. There will be no regular class at 8:30am and the first heat of 18.5 will kick off at 10am. We will run heats as needed until everyone makes it through the workout. Lots of cheering and effort required.
Everyone is welcome to participate even if you’re not signed up for the open. I will be bringing a bunch of burgers for after the workout and any other food items you want to add would be welcome. BYOB.

3 thrusters 100, 65
3 chest to bar pull ups
6 chest to bar pull ups
9 chest to bar pull ups
12 chest to bar pull ups
Etc…. increasing by 3 till time expires
