~Ok this is our last week of Goat WOD Wednesday and the last week of the Open. Hopefully weaknesses have been exposed and are getting better. Pick a different goat movement for each set. Special consideration towards anything that needs prep for the Open. A goat movement is anything that you hate, have trouble with, need practice on etc. Give this some serious thought before coming in for the WOD. Post results to comments.
