It’s an eerie feeling being in this gym amidst the current events. No music, no laughter, no you.
Without all of you, this place is just 4 walls and a whole bunch of rubber. The kindness, generosity and love that has poured out from our community the last number of days is a thing of beauty.
We will all have our own individual battles and struggles as we navigate through this but I implore you to retain the energy and positivity in our private online forum page. We are wildly fortunate to live in a day and age that we may be sequestered from one another but we can still remain connected. That connection is what will see us through this.
