I will be posting a video with warm up and workout explanations tomorrow at 9am in the private CrossFit Merrimack Member Forum on Facebook.

If you are not a member of our private forum group make sure you request to join! The member forum will be for the time being where workout descriptions and videos will be posted.  I know not everyone has a Facebook account or is a big social media fan, but this will be the best way to keep everyone connected and provide an interactive experience. 

This group is a private forum only for current members to view and comment on.  If you have any trouble with finding it or figuring out things please get in touch with me and I will be happy to walk you through everything!

Plank Hold – try and change between side planks and both arms

Shoulder Taps (from push up position)

*Tabata sets are 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest

3) 4 Rounds for time

30 Sit Ups

20 Tuck Jumps
