***Anyone that is interested, at 9:30am this Saturday Pat will be giving a quick nutrition overview.  So if you are still asking the question “what am I supposed to eat?”   A: read the nutrition tab on the website.  B: research the crap out of everything online. there is a huge volume of knowledge online nowadays.  C: get your ass in and listen up this Saturday.  
 
***ALL COMPETITORS plan to be in on Saturday morning ready to go at 10am.  Expect to do 2 WODs so do not plan to take the 8:30 class.  Let me know if you will not be able to attend for some reason.
