Please Read:
Starting Monday 4/6/20 in addition to the live briefing and warm up video will be doing a virtual class on zoom at 9:30am and 5:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Thursday there will be video at 9 and class at 930 and a mobility session tentatively at 530pm on zoom.
You still have the option to do the workout on your own after checking the live video but I wanted to just give some additional options for those of you that want to join in a class and go through the warm up and workout.
As we prepare to be in this current state for the time being we will be doing everything we can to work to keep everyone motivated and on the right path to maintaining both your mental and physical health. So please keep up all the hard work, keep posting your scores and engaging with everyone as much as possible.
