This Friday we will be kicking off week 1 of the 2022 CrossFit Open! If you’re not sure what to expect ask your coach, but this is something for ALL ABILITIES. The main goal with the open each year is to have fun and test yourself for a couple workouts, thats it. On week 3 which is the final week we are bringing back the end of the open Saturday throwdown. Hope to see everyone out that day (march 12) for whatever workout they throw at us and cookout to follow.
