Attention!!
Starting today it is mandatory that everyone brings a second pair of shoes to workout in and change AT the door. Please do not walk to the couches, or bag racks first. We have a big space and a big pile of mud and dirt outside so please respect the space we all have to roll around on the floor in. Additionally please do not leave shoes at the front door after class for next time. Thank you!
