1) Bench Press 3×3 @85% + 0-10#
2) Close Grip Bench Press 10-8-6
3) 30 Ring Rows. Palms Facing neutral grip
4) 30 Ring Rows. Pronated grip.
*all rows should be paused at the top and bottom of the movement for 1-2 seconds. Adjust height for difficulty
