50 Air Squats each partner
then AMRAP 100 meter Relay Sprints
Rest 1 Minute
 
*first partner to finish their squats will sprint to opposing partner who cannot start their leg of the relay until all squats complete. Continue 100m relay until 5 minute cap is reached. Total legs of relay is score.
