**Quick note about Saturday open gym time. This time is NOT set up so that you can skip class to do the workout later. Open gym is time to work on goats and technical deficiencies or if you for some reason just can’t make class to make up the WOD. We work in class settings for a reason. Keeping you safe, learning the movements correctly etc are what your coaches are here for; use it!
