The 2023 CrossFit Open is near! Every year we have this opportunity to step outside our comfort zone, to challenge ourselves that little bit extra, and come together as a community for strength and support. If you’re a veteran, be a leader; if you’re new, be a sponge.
The Open is our chance to take things up a level but still our ultimate goal at CFM is to HAVE FUN with it! There will be one workout each week for 3 weeks. The workout will be announced Thursday (starting Feb 16) and we will do it at all classes on Friday. The third week we will plan to get as many of you together as we can on Saturday March 4th for our end of the Open Throwdown. We will go through as many heats as needed and stick around after for some well deserved beers and eats.
