Thank you to everyone that came out and participated in any way to this years CrossFit Open. It was an awesome 3 weeks full of PRs and firsts and that really is the spirit and goal of the open. Keep the same mentality going and continue to push the boundaries!
If you are redoing or still need to do 24.3 be sure to talk to the coaches to find a good time to get it done.
