Ok first of all I am extremely proud of everyone for the hard work they put in over the last 30 days of this paleo challenge.  I have seen some outstanding changes in your performance and attitudes.  I hope this experience has opened your eyes to just how important the work you put in outside the gym is.  Take these past 30 days and keep the momentum going.  Just because the challenge is over does not mean its time to fall off the tracks.  The CrossFit Games Open is a month away and a big reason to keep going strong.

We will be redoing the baseline test from last month during each class.  All members will be doing the baseline as the WOD for Monday.  ONLY those that are paid and involved with the challenge will be doing measurements and photos BEFORE working out.  I will be there before class so if you can come in early that would be helpful in keeping things moving along smoothly.
