Find a max
1. Overhead Squat
2. Chest to bar pull-up or regular chin over bar pull-up
3. Push press
4. Handstand Push ups. If don’t have HSPU do a max hs hold
Must find max for all to get credit for bonus. Spread this out over the week. YOU CANNOT DO EVERYTHING IN ONE DAY. You have to next Saturday to complete so you have an extra day.
