*****SATURDAY CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT***** NO CLASS AT CFM SATURDAY.

We will be instead meeting up at the head of the Deer Jump Reservation trail at 9AM for some outdoor trail running goodness! (Drive to the end of Merrimac Drive in Tewksbury) Everyone is encouraged to come down along with any friends or family. It’s a great trail right along the Merrimack river. This will be very laid back, run/walk at your own pace or with a partner. Let just get outside and enjoy!!Any questions just ask and will see you out this Saturday

***Additional reminder–Be sure to save the date for the CFM Cookout Saturday June 19th. Location will be at our home in Lowell. Any time after 1pm come on by. We will have a bunch of food but anything anyone wants to bring is welcome & BYOB
