Ok guys 17.5 is upon us. This Saturday plan for the first heat to start at 10am. We will run as many heats as needed to get everyone through the workout. After plan to hang out, bring some food, drinks whatever you’d like. I will have the grill going and provide a bunch of burgers and dogs.
Class work Friday will be Goat day but if you cannot be in for Saturday you have the option to do 17.5 Friday.
