OK guys be sure to clear your schedules for Saturday September 28th! We will be having another In-House Throwdown!! Multiple workouts, food, fun.My goal is to make this a great time with a PURPOSE. A $10 suggested donation for all registered participants (you absolutely can give more) will be donated entirely to the Lowell Youth Football League. The league is run completely off donations and volunteers providing sports to kids that otherwise would not have the opportunity.
More details will be put out soon but I look forward to seeing everyone there!
