**Attention all you late to the party people! If you have not signed up yet at the gym get it done TODAY! We are putting the heats together.
As far as Saturday plan to be in at 9 at the front desk to check in/pay and start getting warmed up. WODs start at 10am. Any food you bring can be put in the fridge or tables set up to the side. Any questions please get in touch with myself or Coach Pat.
