2026 CrossFit Open kicks off this week! The first workout will be announced Thursday afternoon and we will be doing the workout at all classes Friday. Be sure to get to class Friday early enough to be ready to go. With multiple heats, workout rules and breakdown etc we will need to jump on things right away. Once you complete your workout make sure you have your score submitted.
If you can’t make it in Friday you can make up after class on Saturday or on Monday.
For week 3 we will be doing our end of the Open throwdown on Saturday March 14th. Get everyone in for a big send off. Hang out after, bring some food and drinks!
