**Reminder that all athletes must participating in the In House Throwdown Saturday you must be signed up on the board no later than WEDNESDAY 9/25.
Also EVERYONE planning to participate in the Barbells 4 Boobs event October 19th at CF Woburn you MUST sign up on the sheet at the front desk by the end of this week. We will NOT be having class that Saturday so please plan to attend. Its Free and Fun.
