Paleo Challenge Re Test Day.
 
I am proud of all of you that took to the challenge and didn’t give up when things got hard. I hope that you have seen now what is possible with your body.  This is the beginning not the end of the challenge. Your job now is to move forward and carry what you have learned and apply it to make your healthy a top priority.
 
~ You will need to be measured before class again some time in the next day or two. 
~ Once you get measured you need to take your sheet and fill out the following items to be considered as a finalist to win.
*before and after wod results.  What was the difference? add total seconds for each and show the +- time difference.
*total number of points accumulated
*before and after body measurements. What was the difference? add total inches for each and show the +- inches difference.
