Today’s WOD will be in remembrance all those that perished on September 11, 2001. The workout will not be easy nor should it. As with any and all of the special hero WODs we do find purpose in each rep, because each one has meaning. We do this wod for the 343 Firefighters and 60 Police Officers who made the ultimate sacrifice that day.
We will be observing 13 seconds of silence at the start of each wod today to mark the 13 years that have passed.
