ONE YEAR! Imagine that folks, we started working out under the CFM banner one year ago today. I can’t thank all of you enough that have been a part of this year and made it amazing.  I have learned much from all of you and can only hope I’ve had a similar impact. 
Our growth is beyond predictions and still surprises me. No advertising, no gimmicks just you sick bastards referring your friends in to experience your simultaneous pain and joy.  I hope to see everyone that can make it out on the 29th of June for our anniversary cookout at my house.       THANK YOU ~Coach
