**There will be NO CLASS AT CFM this Saturday. We will be meeting at the Deer Jump Reservation in Tewksbury along the Merrimack River for a trail run instead! This will just be a fun run and go at whatever pace you can.

Meet up will be at regular class start time at 8:30am. The trail head is located at the end of Merrimac Drive in Tewksbury. Everyone is welcome so if you have any friends or family that would like to join in bring them along.
