Don’t forget THIS FRIDAY- October 24 join us for the CFM Halloween party!

there will be no regular class Friday night party will start at 5:30 PM. Friends and family all welcome. Show us your best costume, play some games, bring some food if you’d like and let’s have some fun!! There is a sign-up board at the gym if you want to write down any food items that you’re bringing. Additionally, any candy OR non candy items you want to add for a little in house trick or treat for the kids bring it on down.
