Bonus workout this week:
3 points per individual for completion. extra 1 point bonus to each team member if all teammates complete the bonus.
3×1 mile run for time AFAP. ==>these MUST be done on 3 separate days so plan in advance. There is no partial credit and you will not be allowed to do it at once. Have fun.
