hey guys just to update about this Saturday and if you haven’t emailed Mia please do so… The event starts at 10:00am so plan to be there early about 8:30-9 to get registered.  This is going to be an awesome event please don’t miss out.  Even if you did not register online you can still participate. Email me to get involved.

To make the Barbells for Boobs workout a bit more fun and little less pukie, we have decided to perform the workout with a partner. Both partners will be responsible for the run portion of Helen. The rest of the work may be divided up any way you choose, with only one partner working at one time.

Athletes will be paired up prior to the event, based on how they will be performing the workout (RX, scaling C&J weight, scaling pull ups, etc). Please send an email with the specs for your workout to [email protected] no later than Wednesday, October 31st at 5PM.

If there is a registered athlete that you would like to partner up with please let us know and we will make that happen.
