To make the Barbells for Boobs workout a bit more fun and little less pukie, we have decided to perform the workout with a partner. Both partners will be responsible for the run portion of Helen. The rest of the work may be divided up any way you choose, with only one partner working at one time.
Athletes will be paired up prior to the event, based on how they will be performing the workout (RX, scaling C&J weight, scaling pull ups, etc). Please send an email with the specs for your workout to [email protected] no later than Wednesday, October 31st at 5PM.
