Teams of 3 “RACE To the TIRE”
 
Race 1
30 burpees
 
Race 2
2 rounds
15 deadlifts @ bodyweight
15 box jumps (30, 24)
 
Race 3
75 push press (75, 45)
 
each race will consist of teams of 3.  all athletes will preform the workout to completion.  teams will race to be the first to have all three team members to the tire. first team with all three members at the tire and flip it wins the race.  each race lost equals 25 burpees per team member.
