It’s time for a challenge CFM!

The 2026 CrossFit Open is now behind us. With that, there are probably some things that came up and showed both your strengths and weaknesses.  Well it’s weakness time!

We will be running a voluntary challenge for the month of April. Pick 1 or 2 things (could be anything) that you want to improve (ex: pull ups, push ups, running, sleep etc). Make a daily actionable goal for yourself to work on improving and becoming more confident with that goal. 

A check board will be put up in the gym to log your progress through the month. Your daily work can be completed inside or outside the gym. 

To make things a little more interesting there will be a $5 buy in for the program.  Everyone that accumulates at least 21 checked days will be entered into a drawing at the end of the month for the pot.  The real aim is to get better at whatever goals you have in mind but a little extra incentive couldn’t hurt 😉
