**26.3 Throwdown today!

No regular class at 8:30am. Doors open at 9am. Heats will start at 10am.

make sure to sign up on wodify so we can coordinate heats. There will be a quick kids heat as well so if you’d like your little ones to participate come on down.
Bring some food to share if you’d like and BYOB. Family and friends are all welcome.
