We know that most new members are coming to us with no prior experience. THAT’S OK! We have you covered here. As a special bonus to our new members, we will give you TWO FREE 1-hour personal training sessions. A solid, thoughtful and safe start to your time here at CrossFit Merrimack is very important to us.
In these two sessions you will learn with your coach in a private one-on-one setting the fundamentals of movement, gymnastics, weightlifting, and other common CrossFit movements. These will be hands-on sessions, so be prepared to move around–but we have all the equipment you will need.
If group classes are not for you or if you want to work skill sessions into your training we can help. Personal training provides a 1:1 approach to your training. It will be a customized program to fit your individual needs whatever they may be. Personal training can be done on an hourly or 30 minute basis depending on what suits you best.
Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. Burn calories during and after your workout as we kick up the afterburn! If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our constantly changing high intensity program design. We also offer the option to work with a trainer one on one for a more individualized plan. Take charge of your nutrition and your fitness, fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our experienced coaches.
Throughout the year you will be challenged with different strength cycles incorporating Olympic style weightlifting, powerlifting. You will be challenged both mentally and physically through these cycles to build your arsenal as an athlete. Bodyweight and plyometric work will round out your training making you the total package.

If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our On-Ramp Foundations personal training sessions will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
