Anna Willard Grenier, a world-renowned Olympic athlete bringing her expertise to coaching runners. Learn how to lift weights safely, how to become a more powerful and explosive athlete regardless of your age and running goals.

CURRENTLY OFFERING:

  • Group Strength-Training For Runners: Once-weekly or twice-weekly meetings to work on explosiveness, power, flexibility, range of motion, single-leg stability, running mechanics, and more!
  • Group Running-Training Sessions: Meet with a small group of runners to execute track and road running workouts. When possible, overlapping training sessions so intervals are run with others.
  • One-on-One Training Sessions: Hour-long sessions to analyze your running form with a focus on correcting biomechanics to maximize efficiency and minimize injury.
  • Running Training Programs: Take your training to the next level with a completely personalized program made with your goals and schedule in mind. Specializing in race preparation for:
    • Marathon
    • Half-Marathon
    • 5k & 10k Road Races

  • Successfully coached multiple athletes to PR’s in the 800m, Mile, 3k, 5k, 10k, Half-Marathon, and Marathon.
  • Co-Creator of Free Speed Seminar—a running and rowing half-day seminar
  • Running coach for the 2016 Crossfit Games Training Grounds—Worked with CrossFit Regionals winners to prep for the 2016 CrossFit Games
