Constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity. CrossFit is designed for everyone. It is scalable in all aspects making it the perfect fitness regime for any committed individual regardless of experience. All of our CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, the core movements of life.
We combine movements such as running, rowing, biking, jumping rope, weightlifting and many bodyweight exercises. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, medicine balls, and boxes. These elements are mixed in numerous combinations to form our daily workouts. The classes are an hour long and typically include a warm-up, skill and strength development, conditioning and mobility.
Congratulations! The fact that you have found us means you are curious about the biggest fitness revolution on Earth.
Everyone here has a different story of why they got started, what motivated them to finally come in after thinking about it for so long. What’s common among them is it’s never as scary as they built it up to be in their mind.
When we say we work with everyone we mean that, no exceptions. There is no baseline of fitness you “need” to start and it certainly doesn’t matter if you have no prior athletic background. Whether you are 65 or 25 years old we have a workout set up for you each day and we will all work as a class toward a similar objective. The difference is in the details. Your lead coach of that class will help you learn your body, your capabilities and we work with you to scale the daily workout to your individual needs. That “scalability” is a core principle of how we operate. YOUR workout is done at YOUR pace.
Going to the gym now by yourself? Doing the same exercises every time? Afraid to venture out off the machines and touch the weights because you don’t know what to do or are intimidated? Well guess what, that’s just about everyone and it’s our job to change that. Our daily programming which we craft in house is designed to flow through the week and allow you to come in each day and work on a progressive system toward a larger long-term goal.
