3 Rounds of:

1 minute: AMRAP Handstand Push Ups

1 minute: Run 200m for time – rest remainder of minute

1 minute: AMRAP Kettlebell Swings 53, 35

1 minute: Run 200m for time – rest remainder of minute

Rest 4 minutes between rounds

**HSPU alternatives – Wall Walks / Box HSPU / Pike Push Ups

**KBS can be done with a KB or DB, heavy backpack etc…. or burpees

**If your 200 time is over 50 seconds drop the run down to 150 or 100m.  Bike and Rower are also an option here.
