Don’t forget guys we will be hosting our end of the open throwdown this Saturday with the first heat going off at 10am. There will be NO regular class Saturday morning. Once we get everyone through the workout plan to stick around for some food and beverages (BYOB).
If you are unable to attend Saturday you can hit 19.5 Friday. Other option is to prep and do the goat workout.
